Weld inspection
Award-winning weld inspection technology that inspects complex critical pipeline sections, identifying and quantifying defects. Moved into position by robotic crawlers designed and built in-house, or deployed via other methods.
Remediation
State-of-the-art remediation through targeted grinding of radial and long-seam welds. Defects are identified and solved at an early stage, leaving surfaces prepared for cladding or coating and ensuring project specifications are met.
Laser measurement and data
Market-leading pipe end measurement and fit-up plus a range of tools that measure and quantify deviations in pipe shape. Detailed data reports provide comprehensive measurement information and options for achieving project specifications.
Robotics
State-of-the-art robotic crawlers capable of navigating complex pipelines with multiple bends, elbows and vertical sections. Access critical weld sections previously thought to be unreachable.
Cleaning
Inspect and clean hard-to-reach areas where man-entry is not safe or possible. Designed to operate with a variety of abrasive and non-abrasive cleaning methods, our solution is capable of travel up to 100 metres using a standard umbilical system.
Software and data
Flexible, customisable software with user-friendly interfaces developed in-house. Specialist integration with 3rd-party systems. Traceable data is captured and stored in one easily accessible centralised location, where it can be managed by clients.
